Beginning at the northeast intersection of McLean Street and Cavalier Boulevard; thence east 2,423' +/- along the southern right of way of Cavalier Boulevard to a point; thence south 2,314' +/- along the rear property lines of property located on the east side of Dekalb Avenue to a point; thence south 1,021' +/- along the western right of way of Barclay Avenue to a point; thence east 895' +/- along the northern right of way of Greenwood Drive to a point; thence north 1,699' +/- along the eastern right of way of Mclean Street to the point of the beginning. 7. That the boundaries of the properties affected by this ordinance are further shown on Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and made a part hereof. 10. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption.
