ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-02-02 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-75, the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-02-02, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Residential RS-75. and that said property, is hereby zoned as Residential RS-75. 2. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-60, the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-02,02, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Residential RS-75, and that said property is hereby zoned as Residential RS-75. 3. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-60, Residential RM-75, and Commercial C-1, the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-02-02, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Industrial M-1-R, and that said property is hereby zoned as Industrial M-1-R 4. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-60 and Industrial M-1, the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-02-02, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-2, and that said property is hereby zoned as Commercial C-2. 5. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from Residential RM-75 to Residential RS-75 is furthermore described as follows: Beginning at the northeast intersection of Greenwood Drive and Normandy Street; thence east along the southern right of way of Greenwood Drive 1,652'+/- to a point; thence south 1,197' +/- along the rear property lines of property on the eastern side of Normandy Street to a point; thence north along the eastern right of way of Quantico Street 237+/- to a point; thence east 1,108'+/- along the northern right of way of Normandy Street to the point of the beginning. 6. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from Residential RM-60 to Residential RS-75 is furthermore described as follows:
