ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-02-02 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-75, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-02-02, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Residential RS-75. and that said property, is <br />hereby zoned as Residential RS-75. <br /> <br /> 2. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-60, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-02,02, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Residential RS-75, and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as Residential RS-75. <br /> <br /> 3. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-60, Residential <br />RM-75, and Commercial C-1, the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment <br />Number Z-02-02, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as <br />Industrial M-1-R, and that said property is hereby zoned as Industrial M-1-R <br /> <br /> 4. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-60 and Industrial <br />M-1, the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-02-02, is <br />hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-2, and <br />that said property is hereby zoned as Commercial C-2. <br /> <br /> 5. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Residential RM-75 to Residential RS-75 is furthermore described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the northeast intersection of Greenwood Drive and <br /> Normandy Street; thence east along the southern right of way of <br /> Greenwood Drive 1,652'+/- to a point; thence south 1,197' +/- <br /> along the rear property lines of property on the eastern side of <br /> Normandy Street to a point; thence north along the eastern right of <br /> way of Quantico Street 237+/- to a point; thence east 1,108'+/- <br /> along the northern right of way of Normandy Street to the point of <br /> the beginning. <br /> <br /> 6. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Residential RM-60 to Residential RS-75 is furthermore described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
