20.02-46 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $64,223 IN TIlE GRANTS FUND FOR <br />THE FRIENDS OF THE JUVENILE COURT AND THE BIG BROTHERS/BIG <br />SISTERS JUVENILE MENTORING PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $64,233 be appropriated in the Grants Fund for the <br />Friends of the Juvenile Court and Big Brothers/Big Sisters Juvenile Mentoring Program. <br /> <br /> 2.
