R-02-35 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORING A MEMORANDUM OF INTENT WITH THE <br />PORTSMOUTH MUSEUMS FOUNDATION. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that: <br /> <br /> 1. The Interim City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute and <br />deliver to the Portsmouth Museums Foundation a Memorandum of Intent which is <br />substantially the same as that which is attached hereto, and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 2. The Interim City Manager is further authorized and directed to take all such <br />actions as are reasonably necessary to perform and to effect the intent of said <br />Memorandum of Intent. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held on <br />June 11, 2002. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
