Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Section 1-21 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1951, re-ordained to read as follows: Section 1-21. Voting Places. Second Precinct -At Fire Station, southeast corner of Effin~ham and North Streets, -At School Building at the northeast corner of Washin~ton and King Streets. -At Fire Station, northwest corner of Lincoln and Vir~znia Streets. First Precinct -School building a~ corner Elm Avenue and North Street. Second Precinc~ -At Beasley Community Center, 218 Owens Street. -At Fire Station, Fifth Avenue a~ud London Street. -At 1625 Elm Avenue.
