Record of removals. <br /> <br /> _The Delinquent Tax Collector shall have prepared a suitable record book or <br />card index for keeping and listing all such removals. ~ae names of the owners or per- <br />sons i~possesslon or having the custody of such household goods or personal effects~ <br />shall b~ listed in such record hook or card index alphabetically, and the same shall <br />be ~pen to inspection by the public under the supervision of the Delinquent Tax Co!~ <br />lector, <br /> <br />Sec° 8-1o53. Fictitious names. <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person procuring the removal of any of the <br />property herein mentioned to give, or cause 5o be given~ To the owner or operator of <br />any vehicle engaged to move or haul such proper~y, s fictitious name of the owner <br />or person in possession or having the custody thereof. <br /> <br />Sec~ 8-t.54. Penalty for v~olation of division. <br /> <br /> Any person violating any of the provzsions of this division shall, upon <br />conviction thereof, be fined no~ less than ten dollars nor more than one hundred <br />dollars for each offense. <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance being necessgry for the preservation of the public health, <br />morals and safety~ an emergency is declared to exist and it shall take effect from <br />and after the first day of July, t959o <br /> <br />Section 3: If any part of this ordinance shall be for any reason adjudged invalid~ <br />such invalidity shall not affect the parts which are not adjudged invalid° <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council on June 23~ 1959. <br /> True copy~ <br /> Tests: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
