Section 30-183. S~me - Penalty for Failure to Pay Proper Fees, <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to pay to the attendant <br />for p~rkinE in said lot or lots the proper fees either in cash or by surren- <br />der of ~arking coupons, or both, upon removal of a vehicle from said lot <br />or a~ 6 p. m~j whichever shall occur first. If any mnattended vehicle ~s <br />found upon said lot or lots at 9 a. m~, the attendant shall issue a ticket <br />therefor and collect the proper fee before allowing that vehicle to he <br />removed from the lotc <br /> <br />Section 30-184~ Use of P~rking Coupons on Privately Owned Parking <br /> Lots~ <br /> <br /> Parking coupons sold pursuan~ to Section 30-181 hereof may be accept- <br />ed by the opera~ors of privately owned parking lots under contracts with <br />business establishments snd thereafter redeemed monthly at the rate of <br />twelve and one-half (12½) cents per coupon by presentalion to the City Auditor° <br /> <br /> This ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public <br />health, morals and safety, an emergency is declared to exis~ and it shall <br />take effect from and after its passage° <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council on November 24, 19590 <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
