Secn~on 8-87. Requirement that pmrsonal property taxes be paid prior to licensing~ No license shall be issued under this article unless and until the appli- cant for such license shall have produced satisfactory evidence before the City Treasurer that all personal property taxes upon the motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer to be licensed have been paid which have been properly assessed or are assessable against the applicant by the city, Section 8-88.
