page 3 Section 8-94, Application Requiremenrs, (a) A person desiring to conduct a sale regulated by this article shall make a written application to the Commissioner of the Revenue setting forth and containing the following information: (1) The true name and address of the owner of the goods be the object of the sale. (2) The true name and address of the person from whom he pur- chased the goods to be sold and the price therefor, and if nor purchased, the manner of such acquisition° (3) A description of the place where such sale is to be held, (4) (5) The aarure of the occupancy, whether by lease or sublease and the effective date of termination of such occupancy. The dates of the period of time in which the sale is ro be conducted. (6) A full and complete statement of the facts in regard ~o the sale, including the reason for the urgent and expeditious disposal of goods thereby and the manner in which the sale will be conducted~ (7) (8) The means to be employed in advertising such sale together with the proposed conten~ of any advertisemenro A complete and detailed inventory of the goods ~o be sold a% such sale as disclosed by the applicant's records. Said inventory shall be at~ached to and become part of the re- quired application. Ail goods included in such inventory shall have been pur- chased by the applicant for resale on bona fide orders with- out cancellation privileges and shall not comprise goods pur- chased on conslgnmenro all Such inventory shall not include goods ordered in contempla- tion of conducting a sale regulated hereunder. Any unusual purchase, or additions to the sto~k o~oods of the business hereby affected within 10 days bezore~-the filing of an applica- tion hereunder shall be deemed to be of such character. (b) Any applicant for a license hereunder shall pay to the City Treasurer license fees required by the License Tax Ordinance, Section 8-95.
