AN OHDINANCE TO CLOSE A PORTION OF AMELIA AVENUE BEGIh~ING <br /> ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT (188) FEET NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION <br /> OF AF~ELIA AVENUE AND WES~ORELAND TERRACE AND EXTENDING THENCE <br /> NORTH TO THE ELIZABETH RIVER, <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />that that portion of Amelia Avenue beginning one hundred eighty-eight <br />(lBS) feet north of the intersection of Amelia Avenue and Westmoreland <br />Terrace and extending thence north to the Elizabeth River be~ and the <br /> <br />the City~ <br /> <br />in the area so closed and vacated, <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmonth~ Virginia, at a <br />meetlng held on June 14~ 1960. <br /> <br />hereby closed and vacated as a public street, reserving unto <br />however, the perpetual easemenz, right and privilege ~o <br />operate and replace all public utility lines now situate with- <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
