AN ORDINANCE TO CLOSE A PORTION OF SEABOARD AVEAqlE <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth~ Virginia, <br />that the westerly seventy-eight (78) feet of Seaboard Avenue (which sxtends <br />westward from Old Suffolk Road parallel and approximately Two hundred (~00~ <br />feet north of Columbus Road) be~ and the same is, hereby closed and vacated <br />as a public street, reservlnE unto the City~ however, the perpetual easement. <br />right and privilege to maintain, operate and replace that certain twenty ~0) <br />inch water main situate therein° <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia~ a~ a <br />meeting held on April ~S~ 1980o <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
