and commonly called Hamilton Avenue, and the prolongation o£ said center line to the northern line of the right of way of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company, and thence easterly along the northern line of said Railroad Cbmpany's property to the eastern tine of the right of way of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad Company, at the point of beginning, Section 1-18~ Same - Tyler Ward. The boundaries of the Tyler Ward shall be as follows: Beginning at a point in the former corporate line of the city at the intersection of the center line of Hull's Creek with the north marginal line of Bay View Boulevard, and from thence running north 40 degrees west to the south pierhead~ethe Western Branch of the Elizabeth River as established by the United States Department of Engineers; thence westerly and southerly along said pierhead line of the Western Branch of the Elizabeth River to a point dis- tant two hundred feet northerly of the drawbridge crossing said river and known as the Western Branch or Churchland Bridge; thence east to the shore line of the land shown upon the plat of Waterview duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Norfolk County in ~ap Book 17 pages 58 and 59, at mean low water mark; thence southerly following the shore line of said land at mean low water mark to the eas~ abutmen~ of said bridge; thence along the abutm~E of said bridge to the south side of said bridge; thence westerly to a point in the channel of said Western Branch distant two hundred feet south of said bridge; thence in a southerly direction along the channel of said Western Branch of the Elizabeth River ~o the prolongation of the channel of the creek lying between the section known as Waterview and the sections known as Westmoreland Terrace and Westhavem; thence easterly along the channel of said creek to the right of way of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company; thence northeasterly along said right of way to the center of Nigh Street; thence easterly along the center line of High Street to its intersection with the cen~er line of Hamilton Avenue; thence northerly a~ong the center line of Hamilton Avenue to the southwestern property tine of the new Port Norfolk Elementary School, thence northwesterly along the southwestern and western property line of said school to the south line of Detroit Street, thence easterly along the south line of Detroit Street to the center line of
