(1) Monroe Avenue, from a point 150 feet west of the western line <br />of Booker Street ~o its intersection with Stewart Street. <br /> <br />(m) Stewart Street, from a point 160 feet northeast of its north- <br />west intersection with Woodrow Street to its intersection with Monroe <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />(n) Rodgers Avenue, from a point 117 feet west of its southwest infer- <br />section with Booker Street to a point 63 feet from its northeast <br />intersection with Stewart Street (southwest corner of lot 2). <br /> <br />(o) Elizabeth Street, from Woodrow Street in a southeasterly direc- <br />tion to a point on the right of way of the proposed tunnel access <br />road approximately 200 feet east of the property line of the Norfolk <br />& Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad yard. <br /> <br />(p) Jackson Avenue ("B" &venue), from its northern terminus in a <br />branch of Scott's Creek Oust north of Con~erce Street to its southern <br />terminus in a branch of Scott's Creek just south of Portland Streez. <br /> <br />(q) Commerce Street, from the Norfolk & Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad <br />yard eastward to its eastern terminus in a branch of Scott's Creek. <br /> <br />(r) Portland Street, from the Norfolk & Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad <br />yard eastward to its eastern terminus in a branch of Scott s Creek, <br /> <br />(s) Northwest Street, from a point 93 feet northwest from the northwest- <br />ern lins of Eleventh &venue to its northwestern terminus in a branch of <br />Scott's Creek. <br /> <br />(t) Twelfth Avenue, from Northwest Street To a point 120 fee~ south- <br />west of the southwestern line of Northwest Street. <br /> <br />(u) Eleventh Avenue, from a point 65 feet southwest from the south- <br />western line of Northwest Street ~o a point 220 feet from the north- <br />west intersection o£ Eleventh Avenue and Glasgow Street° <br /> <br />(v) MacArthur Avenue, from London Street To a point 15 feet southwest <br />of the southwestern line of London Street. <br /> <br /> Section 2: That the hereinabove specified portions of streets are <br />vacated and closed at the request of the Elizabeth River Tunnel District; that <br />this ordinance is adopted upon the agreement of the said District, as evidenced <br />by its taking possession of the areas of land so affected, (A) that at the <br />District's sole expense adequate and mutually satisfactory relocation, protection, <br />or accommodation will be made for all public utility lines situate within such <br />areas or otherwise affected by construction of the said access road, (B) that <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
