Section 16-63. Application For Certificate of P~blic Convenience and Necessity. <br /> <br /> Any ~erson o~nlng and ogerating one or more employee hauler buses within the <br />City on February 28, 1961, or at any time stx a~nth~ l~rlor thereto, shall, u~c~ a~911catlo~ <br />therefor with~ a period of sixty days from the adoption of this Article, be entitled to <br />a certificate for the number of such buses so operated wlt~out further proof of ~ublic <br />o~nvenience and necessity. Such applicatlou shall he upon forms prescribed by the City <br />Manager. The City Manager ~ay Issue temporary certificates for not less thau one ~atnd~e~ <br />twenty days ~ending processing of such applications. <br /> <br /> Section 16-64. Expiration ~ate; Renewal. <br /> <br /> Certificates of public convenience and necessity shall expire on April <br />following the date of issue and must be renewed annually thereafter. <br /> <br />Section 16-65. Revocation Generally. <br /> <br /> Certificates of public convenience and necessity may be revoked at any tim <br />for good cause shown or by repeal of this Article. <br /> <br />Section 16-66. Penalty For Violation of ArtiCle. <br /> <br /> Any person who shall v[elate any of the ~-ovx~$n~ ,0~ this Article shall be <br />punished by fine of not less than Five Dollars nor more t~m O~e Hundred Dollars. ~ach <br />day's violation shall coustitute & segarate offense. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
