AN ORDINANCE TO AMiD SECTIONS 30-161 AND 30-164 OF THE CODE OF 'rM~ <br />CITY OF PORTSMOD"i~4, VIRGINIA, 1951, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO OFF-STREET <br />PARKING, SO AS TO ESTABLISH DINWIDDIE SQUARE PARKING LOT. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth~ Virginia, that <br />Sections 30~161 and 30-164 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 19519 <br />as amended~ be amended and reorda~ned to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 30-161o Off-street parking lots. <br /> <br /> The following described parcels of land purchased or leased by the City are <br />hereby designated as off-street parking lots: <br /> <br />A~ The land in Edinburgh Square, beginning at the northwest <br />intersection of Middle and County Streets and from thence <br />running north along Middle Street 113 feet; thence east i80 <br />feet; thence south 113 feet to County Street; and thence west <br />along County Street 180 feet to the point of beginning,'to be <br />known as Edinburgh Square Parking Lot, <br /> <br />B. The parcel of land in the square bounded by King, County, <br />Court, and Dinwiddie Streets, formerly called King Square, <br />fronting 184o5 feet on King Street and 105 feet on County <br />Street, to be known as King Square Parking Lot° <br /> <br />C. The parcel of land in the square bounded by King, County~ <br />Green, and Effingham Streets, formerly called Proctor Square, <br />fronting 120 feet on County Street, and 188 feet, more or less~ <br />on King Street, to be known as Proctor Square Parking Lot~ <br /> <br />D.
