AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $10,000o00 FRO~ THE GENERAL <br />CAPITAL I~PROVE~ENT FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING <br />EXPENSES OF THE ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS AUTHORIZED BY THE <br />ORDINANCE ADOPTED DEC~I~BER 9, 1961. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />that the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000o00) Dollars be, and the same hereby <br />is appropriated from the General Capital Improvement Fund for the purpose <br />of defraying expenses of the annexation proceedings authorized by the <br />ordinance adopted December 9, 1961. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a <br />meeting held on the ~ day of /~6~ , 1961. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br /> <br />
