Water° To proceed promptly with the installation of such new <br />mains, lines, fire hydrants, and elevated and ground storage facilities, <br />together with such improvement and replacement of existing mains and lines, <br />as will be necessary to afford the annexed areas a water system at least <br />equ~l to that provided in the present City, in keeping with the reasonable <br />needs of those areas for water for domestic, commercial and industrial uses <br />and for fire protection. <br /> 3o Garbage and Trash Collection. To provide promptly regular gar- <br /> bage and trash collection service throughout the areas annexed, maintaining <br /> the same schedules and procedures followed in the present City. <br /> 4o Engineering and Nappi~4o To initiate promptly a program of sur- <br /> veying, mapping and otherwise obtaining engineering data for the annexed areas, <br /> to facilitate planning and installation of future improvements, the extension <br /> of utilities, and the proper regulation of all future development in these <br /> <br /> 5. Streets, Bridges and Street Lighting.
