be described as followS: BegioninE a~ the point (Point 3) where the eastern right of way line of Hamilton Avenue intersects the Port Warden's Line on the Western Branch of the Elizabeth River; thence due north to a point (Point 4) in the center of the entrance channel to the Western Branch of the Elizabeth River, as said ch~d~nel is shown on Coast and Geodetic Survey Chart 452, 14th edition, June 19, 1961; thence in a northeasterly direction along the center line of said channel to a point (Point 5) in the center of the main ship channel of the Elizabeth River as sho%vn on said Chart 452; thence in a southeasterly and southerly direction alon~ the center line of said channel and the channel of the Southern Branch of the Elizabeth River ~o the point of intersection of said center line with an easterly extension of the northern right of way line of the main line track formerly owned by The Vir~inian R~ilwny Company (now Norfolk and Wester~ R~itway Company~ (Point 15); thence in a westerly direction along said extension of said richt of way line to the southeastern corner of the presen~ corporate limits of said City (Point 14); ~hence in northerly, northwesterly and westerly directions alone the present corporate limits of said City to the point of beginning (Point 3)o The numbered points hereinabove referred to are shown on the map described in Section IV of this o~din~nce.
