AN ORDINANCE TO CLOSE PORTIONS OF <br />WALL STREET AND A FOURTEEN FOOT LANE <br />IN BLOCK FIVE~ PLAT OF WEST TRUXTON. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth~ Virginia~ <br />that the following portions of Wall Street and a fourteen foot lane be~ <br />and the same are hereby closed and vacated as oubtic streets: <br /> <br />(t) Wall Street, from its northern terminus at a <br />point which was the north tine of Third Street <br />north fifty feet, more or iess~ to an easterly <br />projection of the property line between Lots 32 and 30, <br />in Block 5~ Plat of West Truxton~ Map Book 20, page 7~ <br />Norfolk County Circuit Court. <br /> <br />(2) An unnamed lane or alley, fourteen feet in width~ <br />in Block 5 as shown on the aforesaid plat~ from its <br />southern terminus at a poxnt which was the north line of <br />Third Street north fifty feet~ more or less~ to a <br />westerly projection of the proper~y line between Lots 32 <br />and 30 in said block° <br /> <br /> Adonted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth~ Virginia~ <br />at a meeting held June t2~ i962~ <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br /> <br />
