AN ORDINANCE TO CLOSE THAT PORTION OF KI'NG S~TR~ET LYING <br />BETWEEN THE EAST LINE OF POTOMAC AVENUE (FORmeRLY HA~tILTON <br />AVENUE) AND ~[E NORTH~ST LINE OF AIRLINE BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> B~ it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />· Virginia, that that portion of King Street lying between the <br /> ~ east line of Potomac Avenue (formerly Hamilton Avenue) and <br />' the northwest line Of Airline Boulevard be, and the same is <br /> hereby closed and vacated as a public street, reserving unto <br /> ' the City of Portsmouth, however, the perpetual easement, right <br /> and privilege in and to the northerly twelve {12) feet of the <br />· ~ area so closed and vacated to maintain~ operate and replace <br /> the fifteen (iS] in. concrete storm drain and cast iron drop <br /> inlet located therein. <br /> <br /> Adop.ted by the Council of the CitM of Portsmouth, <br /> at a meeting held December I1, 1962. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
