AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 2 1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br /> - PORTS~0UTH, VIRGINIA, 1961, SO AS TO CONFOR~ TO ENACTMENTS <br /> OF THE 1962 GENERAL ASSEMBLY, BY A~NDING SECTION 21-2 <br /> CONCERNING APPOINTmeNT OF'MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION, <br /> BY ADDING A NE~ SECTION Nb%~ERED 21-20 RELATING TO FUNCTIONS, <br />"POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE PLAKNING COMMISSION, 'AND BY REPEALING <br /> · SECTIONS 21-16) 21-17, 21-18 AND 21-19 [~HICH COVERED MATTERS <br /> NO~; CONTAINED IN SECTION 21-20. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />rginia~ that Chapter 21 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia~ 1961, be amended by amending Section 21-2, by adding a <br />new section numbered 21o20, and by repealing Sections 21-1 <br />21-18, and 21-19~ the amended and new sections to read <br /> <br />Sec.' 21-2.
