AN OP~DINANCE TO CLOSE A 16 FOOT ALLEY SHOWN ON P~T #2, <br />JANE CASSELL'S ESTATE. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />that the alley 18 feet in width extending east and west a distance of <br />360 feet tliz~ugh the block bounded on the north by King Street, on the <br />south by County Street, on the east by Constitution (formerly Sixth) <br />Avenue, and on the west by H~rbor Drive (formerly Seventh Avenue) <br />situate in the City of Portsmouth, ~irginia and shown on Plat #2, Jane <br />Cassell's Estate, duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Court of <br />5ustin~s for the City of PortSmouth in ~ap Book 1, page 42, be and the <br />same is hereby vacated and discontinued° <br /> <br /> Be it further ordained that thel~per writin~ signed by Lonnie <br />P. N~rtin, formerly known as Lonnie P. Nartin, Jr., Nattie Fo M~rtin, <br />Von H.
