<br />'I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO CLOSE OLD MANOR ROAD BETWEEN GEORGE <br />WASHINGTON HIQlWAY AND mE NORThERN 80UNDARJ LINE OF <br />THE NORFOLK AND WESTERN RAILWAY COMPANY RIQIT-OF-WAY. <br /> <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that Old Manor Road between <br />George Washington Highway and the northern boundarr <br />line of the Norfolk and Western Railway Company right- <br />of-way be, and the same is hereby closed and vacated <br />as a public street, reserving unto the City of Portsmouth, <br />however, the perpetual easement, right and privilege to <br />maintain, operate and replace all public utility lines now <br />situate within the area so closed and vacated. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held January 8, 1963. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />~j.
