O. 'rul CIRCUIT COURT OF NORFOLK COUNTY IN MAP'" <br />BOOK 7, PAGES 9', 99 and 100, AND A LINE DRAWN FROM niB NORTH- <br />WEST CORNER 0' COLUMBIA STREET AND FREDERICK BOULEVARD TO nIE <br />SOUTHWBST CORNER OP COLUMBIA STREET AND AIRLINE BOULEVARD. <br /> <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that that portion of Columbia Street lyinl between <br />a line parallel to and two feet east of the prolongation <br />southward of the dividing line between Lots six (6) and eight <br />(8) in Block One Hundred Fifty-five (155) on the plat of <br />Virginia R.alty and Invest..nt Company, recorded in the Clerk's <br />Office of the Circuit Court of Norfolk County in Map Book 7, <br />pages 98, 99 and 100, and a line drawn from the northwe.t <br />corner of Columbia Street and Frederick Boulevard to the <br />southwest corner of Columbia Street and Airline Boulevard be, <br />and the saae is hereby closed and vacated a. a public street, <br />reserving unto the City of Portsmouth, however, the perpetual <br />ease.ent, right and privilege in and to the southerly twenty- <br />five (25) feet of the area so closed and vacated to maintain, <br />operate and replace all utility linos located therein. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held Ja.uary 8, 1963. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
