Parcel.!72 .~ Beginning at a point where the present southern right of way line of Portsmouth Boulevard is intersected by the property line between the land of Edna J. Carroll, et als, and the land of Ann Benton, and run thence a- long the said property line in a southerly direction to a point 15 feet~ measured perpendicularly~ south of said right of way line; thence in an easterly direction a- long a line parallel to and 15 feet south of said right of way lin 272 feet, more or less, to a point; thence along a curve to the right with a radius of 40 feet an arc distance of 82 feet, more or less, to a point on the northwestern right of way line of Airline Boulevard; thence along the present right of way line of Airline Boulevard and Portsmouth Boulevard in a curve to the left 80 feet, more or less, to a point; thence con- tinuing in a northwesterly direction along the present right of way line of Portsmouth Boulevard 41 feet, more or less, to a point; thence in a westerly direction a- long the present right of way line of Portsmouth Boule- vard 245 feet, more Or less, to the point-of beginning.
