6, lying between the present northern right of <br />way line of Portsmouth Boulevard and a line paral- <br />lel thereto and fifteen feet north thereof~ sub- <br />3ect to an easement in the southern ten feet <br />thereof as shown in the aforesaid plat; being a <br />portion of the property conveyed to George M. <br />Dupree and Grace Co Dupree by deed of Clifford <br />C. Bush and Bernice A. Bush, dated September 25, <br />1952, and recorded~.in the Cterk's~Office afore- <br />said in Deed Book 1076, at page 434. <br /> <br /> This ordinance being necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, morals and safety, an emergency is declared to <br />exist, and it shall take effect from its passage. <br /> <br />Virginia, <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> 1963. <br />at a meeting held April 30 ., <br /> <br />Teste, <br /> <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
