That part of Lot No~ 22~ on the Supplement <br />to Plat ~o~ 2, Cedar Point, recorded in the Clerk's <br />Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake <br />(formerly Norfolk County), in ~ap Book 31, at page <br />91~ described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the northwest intersection of <br />Portsmouth Boulevard and Cypress Road, and running <br />thence along the western right of way line of Cypress <br />Road 54 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the <br />right with a radius of 16 feet in a southwesterly <br />direction~ a point 15 feet north of the present northern <br />right of way line of Portsmouth Boulevard; thence in <br />a westerly direction parallel to and 15 feet north of <br />said northern right of way line 54 feet, more or less~ <br />to the western tine of said lot~ thence along said lot <br />line in a southern direction to the present northern <br />right of way line of Portsmouth Boulevard; thence along <br />said right of way line in an easterly direction 89.80 <br />feet to the point of beginning; being a portion of the <br />property cDnveyed to Chartie J. Powell and Maggie S. <br />Powetl by deed of william J.
