Carroll et als. and the land ef Ann B~nton, and proceed in a southerly direction along said propercy line mo a poinm 15 foam, measured perpendicularll south of said rzght of way line and thence proceed in an easterly direction parallel no and 15 feem south of said right of way line 256.5 feet, more or ~ess ~o a poznt, said point being on the southern boundary line of the additional right of way recently acquired by the city of Portsmouth from Edna J. Carroll~ et als, and designated Parcel I?2Z, and also using 2 feet west of the western edge of a concrete apron surrounding a brick and frame barber shop building located to the east; from said paint of beginning, run thence in a southerly direction parallel to and 2 feet diatant from said concrete apron 32 feet, more or !ess, to a point; thence in an easterly direction approximately perpendicular to the last course and parallel to and 2 feet distant from said concrete apron 44 feet, more or less~ to a point; thence in a northerly direction approximately perpendicular to the last course and parallel to and 2 feet distant from said concrete apron 17 feet, more or less, to the southern Ooundary of the aforesaid Parcel 172Z; thence in a westerly direction along said southern boundary of Parcel 172Z to the point of beginning.
