Suspension and revocation of electrician~s <br /> certificate, <br /> <br /> (a) The Electrical Inspector or the Building <br />Official skalt have the authority to suspemd ze~porarily <br />any electrici~n:s certificate for failure to correct <br />faulty work~ doing electrical work without a permit or <br />for any other good sufficient cause, Notice of any such <br />suspension shall be given promptly to the Board. <br /> <br /> (b) ~ne Board, upon the affirmative vote of three <br />(5) of its mem~ers~ may suspend, revoke or mnnui any <br />electrician's certificate issued by it for repeated <br />failure to comply with instructions of the Electrical <br />Inspector for repeatedly undertaking electrical work <br />without a permit, or for other violation of this Chapter. <br /> <br />- 8 - <br /> <br /> <br />
