(e) Annual leave taken shall on±y ~e <br />charged against ~he normal working days of ~he <br />officer or employee concerned. <br /> <br /> (f) Ali annual leave taken mas~ be <br />reported to the city auditor at the end of <br />each pay period, and he shall deduct sa~ from <br />thc leave account of the person taking such <br />leave. <br /> <br /> (g) Annually as of January 1 of each <br />year, the city auditor shall credit the leave <br />account of each officer and employee with the <br />accumulated unused annual leave to which each <br />such person is entitled. <br /> <br /> (h) The arrant of annual leave to which <br />any officer or employee is entitled my be <br />accur~lated and carried over from year to year; <br />provided, however, that all accumulated unused <br />annual leave in excess of two years entitlement <br />remair~ing in the leave account of the officer <br />or employee as of December 31 of each year <br />shall be automaticallycancelled at the expira- <br />tion of such year. <br /> <br /> (i) If any officer or employee shall leave <br />the service of the city after giving reason- <br />able notice of his intention so to do, he shall <br />be entitled to termieal leave pay equal to the <br />amount of his accumulated unused annual leave; <br />provided, however, if he shall be dismissed <br />for personal delinquency or if he shall have <br />resigned in the face of dismissal or other <br />disciplinary action, he shall forfeit his <br />right to terminal leave pay. <br /> <br /> (J) Any unused,vacation benefits accu- <br />~latedunder any Prior ordinance conferring <br />such benefits upon officers and e~ployees of~r <br />the city, are hereby cancelled. <br /> <br /> <br />
