McLe~ has made application to vacate, close, <br />and discontinue the hereinafter described~ street; and <br /> <br /> Wi~EREAS, by resolution of this council, adopted October 27, 1964, <br />viewers were appOinted pursuant to Section 15.1-364 of the Code of Virginia, <br />1950, as s~v~nded, To view the hereinafter described streets, and to report <br />in ~,~iting whether in their opic_ion, any, ar~ if any, what inconvenience <br />wouId result from discontinuing the hereinafter described street; and <br /> <br /> WHERE~S, the said viewers have reported in writing that in their <br />opinion no inconver~ience would result from closing and discontinuing said <br />street; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that that portion of Gust Lane which extends in a <br />southerly direction 319.~t fee]t, measured along its eastez~ side from the <br />intersection of said Gust Lane with the southwest side of Victory Boulevard <br />be, and the sarr~m is hereby closed s~d~vacaved as a public street. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting ~eld November 24, 1964. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
