AN ORDINANCE TO CLOSE THAT PORTION OF DR/VERS LANE <br />LYING BETWEEN PULP~iN A%~f~WUE AND DIXIE AVENUE. <br /> <br /> ~{EREAS, John F. Bailey, Jr., Alberta Q. Bailey, Junius C. <br />Elliott, Helen A. Eltiott, Irvin R. Levin and Robert M.
