.~extile y.ard goods;.housewares; china; kitchenware; ome, business, office or outdoor furniture, farnish- lngs and appliances; sporting goods (excluding sales or rental of bathing, boating, and sales or rental on the prermises where sports, athletic events or recrea- tional facilities are located or conducted of equip- men~ essential to the normal use or operation of such premises for the purposes speoified~; pets, pe~ equip- merit or supplies; cameras and photographis supplies (excluding film and flash bulbs); hard~rard (excluding light bulbs, batteries and electrical fuses); tools; paints; building and lumber supplies and n~terial; mo- tor vehicles; trailers (excluding mobile hcmes); farm implements; la%.m and garden equipmeat and supplies; · ~resh fruits and vegetables (excluding sales of fresh f~aits and vegetables and other edible proddcts which are both gro%.fn by the seller in this State and sold either at roadside stands or at the iplace where grovm); or fre~sh, frozen or salt, meats, poultry or seafood customarily inedible without fu~the~ cooking or ore- paratmon. No mnference shall ar~se from the foregoing ent~r~ration of classes of personal property that sales or off - ers or attempts to sell other classes of personal property not mentioned are included within the above exemption for works o~ necessity or charity. This section shall not apply to ~urnaces,.~dins, plants, wholesale food warehouses, ship chandleries, or to the m~nufact,are or sale oF ice, saad other business of like kind t~at may b.e ne.cessar~y to be conducted on St~day, nor ~o the ~ubticatzon, distributior~ and sale of news- papers or~ magazines, nor to the sera'icing, fueling or emergency repair of motor vehicles, '0oass or aircraft, nor to the operatio~ of motion pict'-are theaters, nor to sports, athetic events, scer~ic, .~ztstoric ~nd re- creasior~al and a~semenu facilities, nor to the sale duri,~ a holiday season of ~vergreer~ trees, holly, or plants solm ~or home aecoration, nor to the~ sale of fishing paraphernalia and equipment.
