Sec. 19-51. Profane cursing o~ swearing, <br /> <br /> If any person arrived at the age of discretion <br />profanely curse or swear in public, he shall be <br />demmed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction <br />thereof, shall be fined not less than one dollar nor <br />more than twenty-five dollars, <br /> <br />Sec. 19-52. Same-Use of profane or indecent language <br /> over telephone. <br /> <br /> ~f any person shall curse or abuse anyone, or use <br />vulgar, p~ofane, threatening or indecent language, over <br />any telephone in this city, he shall be ~mmitty of mis- <br />demeanor. It shall be the duty of each telephone <br />compar4v to furnish immediately, in response to a sub- <br />poena issued by a court of record such information as <br />it, its officer and e~loyees, may possess which, <br />the opJ-nion of the court, may aid in the appreinension <br />of persons suspected of violating the provisions of this <br />section. Any telephone company or ar4v officer or <br />ployee thereof who shall fail or refuse to furnish such <br />information when so requested~ may be fined not more <br />than one hundred doll~o <br /> <br />Sec. 19-68 Sunday observance--working or transactir~ <br /> business. <br /> <br /> On the. first day of the week~ commonly knovm and <br />desi~ted as Stmday, it shall be unlawful for may <br />person to ongage in work, labor or business or ~o <br />e,v~loy oShers to engage in wor~, labor or business <br />except in household or other work of necessity or <br />charity.
