Ability to respond in damages for liability thereafter incurred ~rising out of the o'~nerebip, m~inten~nce~ use or operation of a motor vehicle, in the amounn o£ $15,000 because of bodily injury to or death of any one person and, sub- ject to such limit for' one person, in the amount of $30,000 because of bodily injury to or death of two or more persons in any one accident, and in the amount of $5,000 because of injttry to or destruction of property in any one accident. (11) Foreign vehicles. Every motor vehicle, trail- er or semitrailer which shall be brought into this State othe~'~'ise than in the ordinary course of business by or throug~ a manufacturer or dealer and which has not been registered in this State.
