(2) "Advertising~s~t~e" means any <br />rigid or semi-rind mat~rial~ with or Without any <br />advertisement displayed thereon, situated upon or <br />attached to real property outdoors, primarily or <br />principally for the purpose of furnishir~ a back- <br />gro%and or base or suppor~ upon whicln an advertisement <br />~z~v be posted or displayed; <br /> <br /> (3) "Highway" means every way or place of <br />whatever r~ture open to the use of the public for <br />purposes of vehicular travel in this City; <br /> <br /> (4) "Person: includes an individual, part- <br />nersY~p, association or corporation; <br /> <br /> (5) "Post" means, posy, display, print, paint, <br />burn, nail, paste or o~rwise attach; <br /> <br /> (6) "Real Property" includes any property <br />physically attached or annexed to real property in any- <br />manner whatsoever; <br /> <br /> (7) "Historic place of shrine" includes only <br />places that are maint~ed wholly at public expense or <br />by a nonprofit organization; <br /> <br /> (8) "Entrance roadway" means any public road <br />or turr~ngroadway, including acceleration lmnes, by <br />· Jnich %raffic may enter the m£~_n-trave!ed way of an <br />interstate highway from the ~eneral road system within <br />this City irrespective ofwhether traffic may also <br />leaw the maln-travel~d way by such road or turning <br />roadway; <br /> <br /> (9) "Exit roadway" me~ns saay public road or <br />turni~4~ roadway, includirg dcceleration lanes, by which <br />traffic may leave the m~in-trsveled way of an interstate <br />highway to reach the general road system wit.bin this <br />City, irrespective of ~,~nether ~raffic may also enter the <br />main-traveled way by such roam or turfing roadway; <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
