Sec. 10-124. Use of such <br /> <br /> The morales so collected shall be for the acquisition <br />of law books and law periodicals for the establishment, <br />use and maintenance of a law library which shall be open <br />for the use of the public. In addition to the acquisi- <br />tion of law books and law periodicals, disbursements <br />frmm the law library fund may include compensation to be <br />paid the librarians ~ud other necessary staff for the <br />m~ntenance of such library and acquisition of suitable <br />quarters for such library. <br /> <br />Sec. 10-125. Exemption. <br /> <br /> The assessment of costs provided for in this article <br />shall be in addition to all other costs prescribed by <br />law, but shall not apply to shy action in which the <br />Cmunonwealth of Virginia, or any political subdivision <br />thereof or the federal government is a party and in <br />which the costs are assessed against the Commonwealth <br />of Virginia, political subdivision t~hereof, or federal <br />government o <br /> <br /> Section 2: - That this ordinance being necessary for the <br />preservation of the public health, morals and safety, an <br />emsrg?ncy is declared to exist and it shall take effect from <br />and after Janusry 1, 1966. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the.
