ORDINANCE <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $80~000.00 FRC~THE GENERAL <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE ~DRPOSE OF REMODELING A <br />PIER AT PINNEE$ POINT. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Eighty T~ousand <br />and No/100 ($80,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby <br />is appropriated from the General Capital Improvement <br />Fund for the purpose of remodeling a pier at Pinners <br />Point. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, at a meeting held October 12~ 1965. <br /> <br />~' City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
