Piland on the east; it being a part of the same property conveyed to the grantor by deed of Carl E. Wimbrough, et als, dated April 1, 1962, recorded ~_n the Clerk's Office of th~ Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia in Deed Book 391 at page 392, and being the same property shown outlined in Red on the plat attached hereto and made a part hereof. PARCEL. 145Y The right, easement and privilege to enter upon and use the following described parcel of land situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, for a period not to exceed two years, fob the purpose of grading, constructing slopes, placing forms, and ~ny other ~ork related to construction of the highway improvements as shorn on the plans and specifications thereof prepared by the State Highway Depart- Beginning at a point on the eastern property line of the grantor 15 feet north of the north line of Portsm6uth Boule- vard, thence north aloag said eastern property line 14 feet to a point; thence in a westerly direction along a line parallel to ssid north line of Portsmouth Boulevard and 29 feet north thereof ~o a point; thence in a southwesterly direction on a straight line to a point on the northern line of the aforedescribed property conveyed ~o the City of Ports- mouth, said point being 75 feet east of the easterr~,ost property line of the grantor, it being the same property shown outlined in Green on the plat attached hereto and made a part hereof. Parcels 145Z and 145Y are portions of the property con- veyed to James T. Copley, Inc. by deed of Carl W. Wimbrough, et al, dated April l, 1962, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth in Deed Boo~ 391, page 392.
