Section 9. Overtime. <br /> <br /> Any emptoyee whose rate of pay is fixed on a monthly basis shall not <br />receive any compensation for extra or overtime work, except in cases of emergency, <br />Any extra compensation allowed by a Department Head must be in advance of the per- <br />formance of the work and with the approval of the City Manager; the smme to be <br />entered by the Department Head on the next succeeding pay roll submitted to the <br />City Auditor. <br /> <br /> Section 10. Salary Adjustments. <br /> <br />Salary adjustments to higher steps within a pay range shall be effective <br />upon the first day of the .month following the anniversary date of employment in that <br /> <br />range. <br /> <br />Section 11. Allowances. <br /> <br />The rate of pay set forth in the schedule shall be deemed to include <br /> <br />the full compensation of the employee, and the value of any allowances made to the <br /> <br />employee by the City shall be considered as a part of his compensation. <br /> <br />Section 12. Salaries of Officials Not Classified. <br /> <br />The annual salaries of the following City Officials shall be the amounts <br /> <br />herein stated: <br /> <br />(a) City Manager <br />(b) Clerk of the Court of Hustings <br />(c) Clerk of the Circuit Court <br />[d) City Assessor <br />(e) Judge - Municipal Court <br />{f) Judge - Juvenile ~ Domestic <br /> Relations Court <br />[g) City Attorney <br />(h) City Auditor <br />(i} City Clerk <br /> <br />$20,000.00 <br />$13o000.00 <br />$15,000.00 <br />$15,000.00 <br />$13,000.00 <br />$15,000.00 <br /> <br />$12,000.00 <br />$12,000.00 <br />$ 8,000.00 <br /> <br /> <br />
