AN OHDINANC~,.T0 A~END SECTION 29-9 OF ~tE CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF POBTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1961, H~¥ISING THE SCHEDULE OF <br />SEWER CONNECTION CHAR~S. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that Section 29-9 of the Code of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1961, be' amended and reordained <br />to read as follOWs: <br /> <br />Seetion 29-9 Charges for sewer connections <br /> Generally, <br /> <br /> When connection is made with the City sewer, the <br />following charges shall be made: <br /> <br />(a) Residential <br /> <br />(1) Single family residence: $60.00. <br /> <br />(2) Multi-family buildings: for the first <br />dwelling unit, $60.00; for each additional <br />...u~t ~p to 12, $30.00 each; for each addi- <br />tional unit over 13 units, but less than 26 <br />.units, $20.00 each; for each additional unit <br />mn excess of 25, $10.00 eacH. <br /> <br />(3) Row houses: $60.00 for each building unit. <br /> <br />Commercial and Industrial <br /> <br />(1) Commercial and industrial buildings: <br />$60.00 for the first connection to each such <br />building. <br /> <br />(2) For hotels, motels, motor courts and <br />like structures: $60.00 plus $5,00 for each <br />rocm equipped With plumbing fixtures, in <br />each building. <br /> <br />(c) Trailer parks <br /> <br />(1) Trailer parks shall pay connection charges <br />in accordance with the schedule set forth in <br />paragraph (a) (2) above, <br /> <br /> <br />
