Every person who shall conduct sightseeing tours, whether by motor vehicle or boat, shall pay an annual license tax of $150.00. NOt prorated.~ Section ~4, Skating Rinks and Swimming Pools'~ Every.p~rson who shall keep-any building, lot or yard, used as a skating rink or swimming pool, shall pay a license tax of $180.00. Section 95. Supplying Wiping Cloths, etc.: Each person (other than a person having a laundry or plant, located in the City of Portsmouth and paying to the City a license tax for the conduct of such business), engaged in the business of supplying wiping cloths, overalls, coats, pants and like articles~ where such person does the laundering of such articles, or has it done, outside of the limits of the City of Portsmouth, shall pay a license tax as follows: Where the gross receipts of the business done in the City do not ~xceed the sum of $5,000.00, the sum of $100.00. Where the gross receipts of the business done in the City exceed $5,000.00 and do not exceed $10,000.00, the sum of $200.00. Where the gross receipts of the business done in the City exceed $10,000.00 but do not exceed $15.000.00, the sum of $250.00. Where the gross receipts of the business done in the City exceed $15,000.00, but do not exceed $20,000,00, the sum of $500.00. Where the gross recezpts of the business done in the City exceed ,$20,000.00, but do not exceed $25,000.00, the sum of $350.00. Where the gross receipts of the business done in the City exceed $25,000.00, but do not exceed $$0,000,00, the sum of $400.00. Where the gross receipts of the business done in the City exceed $$0,000.00, the sum of $500.00. Not prorated. Section 96. Taxicabs and For Hire Automobiles: Every person engaged in the business of operating taxicabs or for~hire automobiles for public hire over the streets of the city under the provisions of the ordinances of the City of Portsmouth regulating the operation of taXicabs and for hire automobiles, and to whom a certificate of public convenience and necessity for the operation of such has been issued, shall pay a license tax as fol.lpw~s~fo~r engaging in such business: $25.00 for each taxicab, whether opera%ed or not.
