(e) For each wholesale beer license, the license tax shall <br />be $250.00. <br /> <br /> (f) For each whQlesale wine distributor's license, the license <br />tax shall be $100.00. <br /> <br /> (g) For each retail on-premises wine and beer, or wine or <br />b~er license, the license tax shall be $50,00. <br /> <br /> (h) For each retail off-premise wine and beer license, or <br />wine or beer licens~ the license tax shall be $7S.00. <br /> <br /> (i) For each retail on and off-premise wine and beer license, <br />or wine or beer license, the license tax shall be $100.00. <br /> <br /> (j) For each nonprofit club and each nonprofit.fraternal or- <br />ganization, on premises wine and beer license, the license tax shall <br />be $2S.00. <br /> <br /> The aforesaid licenses shall be as respectively defined by the <br />Act of the General Assembly of Virginia, as heretofore and hereafter <br />amended, known as "The Alcoholic Beverage Control Act", and the terms <br />"Alcoholic Beverage", "Alcohol", "Spirits", "Beer", and "Wine"~ whereever <br />used in this section shall have the meaning respectively prescribed to <br />them by said Act. <br /> <br /> No license shall be issued under this section to any person <br />unless such person shall hold or shall secure simultaneously therewith <br />the proper State License required by said "Alcoholic Beverage Control Act", <br />which State License shall be exhibited to the Commissioner of the Revenue, <br /> <br /> Any such license may be amended to show a change in the place <br />of business within the City. Any such license may be transferred from <br />one person to another, provided the person to whom transferred holds at <br />the same time a similar license from the Alcoholic Beverage Contrel Board. <br /> <br />Section 38. Amusement Arcades: <br /> <br /> On each amusement arcade where games are played and pictures <br />are shown by means of a coin-in-the-slot machine, in which may be in- <br />stalled coins of a denomination of not more than five cents, $120.00 <br />where the machines do not exceed fifty in number, and $500.00 where the <br />machines exceed fifty in number. Not prorated. <br /> <br /> No license shall be issued for any amusement arcade having less <br />than twenty machines, and the tax paid under this section shall be in <br />lieu of a separate license for each separate machine. <br /> <br /> No license shall be issued for an amusement arcade having <br />more than one room or inclosure. <br /> <br />13- <br /> <br /> <br />
