AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $10,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL <br />CAPITAL IMPROVE)tENT FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PLAY- <br />GROUND IN THE ROLLING~VOOD-SIMONSDALE AREA. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Ten Thousand and <br />No/100 ($10,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is <br />appropriated from the General Capital Improvement Fund <br />for the construction of a playground in the Rollingwood- <br />Simonsdale area. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 10, 1966. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
