Precinct No. 2. (Jefferson). <br /> <br /> The boundaries of Precinct No. 2 shall be as follows: Beginning <br />at a point w~ere the center line of Washington Street intersects the <br />center line of High Street, and from thence rurm_ing west al, ong the center <br />line of High Street to its intersection with the center line of Hatton <br />Street, projected into High Street, thence north alorg the center line <br />of Hatton Street to the center line of Naval Avenue, thence easte.rly <br />along the center line of Naval Avenue and the southern boundary line of <br />the United States Naval Hospital property to the center line of Washington <br />Street, and thence southerly along the center line of Washington Street <br />to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Sec. 37.1-4. Precinct No. 3. (Jackson). <br /> <br /> The bour~sries of Precinct No. 3 shall be as follows: Beginning at <br />a point where the center line of High Street projected easterly into the <br />Elizabeth River intersects the eastern boundary line of the city, and <br />from thence running west along the center line of High Street to its inter~ <br />section with the center line of Chestnut Street, then~ce south along the~ <br />center line of Chestnut Street to its'intersection with the center line _ <br />of Brighton Street projected into Chestnut Street, thence east along the <br />center line of Brighton Street to the center line of:Washington Street, <br />thence north along the center .line of Washlrgton Street to the center of <br />a culvert under Washinton Street in a: line with Duke Street and connect- <br />ir~ the waters of Gander Creek, thence easterly along the channel of_ <br />G.a~.der Creek, its various courses, to the eastern bou~ line of the <br />cmty in the Elizabeth River, and thence northerly fol~owirg such~ Elizabeth <br />River and along the eastern boundary line of t~ city to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />Sec. 37.1-5. Precinct No. 4.
