' (8) The aggregate value of all felled timber, ties,
<br />poles, cord wood, bar~ and other timber products and all agricultural
<br />products, in the hands or possession, legal or constructive, of a
<br />purchaser, provided t.hat grain, tobacco ~ other agricultural products
<br />in the hands of a producer of the same are hereby declared exmmpt fram
<br />taxation as property under this ordinance.
<br />
<br /> (9) The aggregate value of all household and kitc~hen
<br />furniture, including gold and silver plates, plated ware, watches and
<br />clocks, sewing mchines, refrigerators, autmmatic refrigerating machin-
<br />ery, vaccmu cleaners and all other household mchinery, books, firearms
<br />and weapons of all kinds.
<br />
<br /> (10) The aggregate value of all pianos, organs, victrolas,
<br />phonographs and records to be used therewith and all other musical in-
<br />str~nents of whatever kind, radio instruments and equipment.
<br />
<br /> (11) The aggregate value of all oil paintings, pictures,
<br />statuary, curios, articles of virtu and works of art.
<br />
<br /> (12) The aggregate value of all diamonds, cameos or
<br />other precious stones and all precious metals as ornaments of jewelry.
<br />
<br /> (13) The aggregate value of all ships, tug boats, bs~ges~
<br />boats or other craft of five tons b~_~then or over and ail other float-
<br />.miing property, not reauired to be assessed by the State Corporation Cam-
<br /> ssion, used for business or pleasure, together ~ith their tackle,
<br />rigging, furniture and all else that p~rtains to th~ or of any sh~re
<br />or interest therein, though such boats or other wavereraft or amy one
<br />of tham may not be a~ the time of the assessment in waters of the State.
<br />
<br /> (1~) The aggregate value of all other tangible personal
<br />property not herein specifically enmuerated~ includiug the value of all
<br />seines, pound nets, fykes, weirs and o.ther devices for catchir~ fish
<br />and the aggregate value of all toll bridges, turnpikes, and ferries,
<br />except steam ferries owned and operated by a chartered ccmpa~y, and the
<br />value of all poles, wires, swit6hboards; telephone or tele~ra~ in-
<br />strt~ents, apparatus and other such property, o~aed by any person, fire
<br />association or cmmpa~v not incorporated.

<br /> (15) Tangible Personal Property used or employed in
<br />trades and busmnesses hereinafter mentioned:~ Amusement business, in-
<br />cluding theatres of ever? kind and class; .auctioneers, barbers,
<br />including beauty shops, bowling, billard and pool rectus, collection
<br />agencies, contractors, pltmber~s and steam fitters, eduqatiom~l insti-
<br />tutions whose property is taxable under the Co~titutioH and laws of
<br />t~his .State, gar~g.~e business, hospitals, hotels, laundries, including
<br />c~ean~ng, pressmng and dyeing establishments, lodging and boarding
