Appointment of librarian, etc. <br /> <br /> The librarian, assistants and employees of <br />the Portsmouth Law Library shall be appointed by <br />the city manager after consultation with the law <br />library board or the librarian in the manner <br />prescribed by the Charter for the appointment of <br />officers and employees of the city. Tile board <br />may appoint the librarian to the office of <br />secretary of the board. <br /> <br />Sec. 15A-14.
