AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY Ok <br />PORTSMOLFfH, VIRGINIA, 1961,' BY ADDING THERETO <br />A NEW SECTION NUMBERED 2-57.7, AUTHORIZING TIlE <br />CHIEF OF POLICE TO FURNISH COPIES OF OFFICIAL <br />PHOTOGRAPHS AND ESTABLISHING THE FEE THEREFOR. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Code of 'the City of ~ortsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1961, be m~ended by addiug thereto a <br />new section numbered 2~57.7, such new section to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />~ec. 2-57.7. Copies of official photographs. <br /> <br /> The chief of police is authorized to <br />furnish copies of official photographs without <br />charge therefor upon request to any gover]m]ental <br />law enforcement officer and to any other govern- <br />mental official wino shall require such~ photo- <br />graphs in the perfo~nance of his official duties. <br />The chief of police may furnish copies of such <br />photographs to any other person upon request in <br />writing or in person upon pa~nent in advance of <br />the sum of $2.00 for each copy requested. <br /> <br /> 2.
