The Commission shall not %onsider detailed designs, i~erior arrange- <br />merits, or features of a buildir~z or s~ruct~e which ~e not subject to <br />public view from a public street~ public way or other public place. <br />Immediately thereafter, th~ P!ar~ning Co~ssion, in open session, shall <br />pass a resolution either approv~ or disapproving the plsn. If the <br />Planning Cormr~ssion disapproves the plan, it sloal! state the reason why <br />the plan was rejected. The Building Official shall be provided with a <br />copy of the resolution. ~here the ?la~ni~ Commission has disapprove~ <br />of a plan, the Plsr,=~ing Director shall notify the applicant in ~itir~ <br />sf the action taken and the reasons therefor; the a~plicant shall also <br />be advised at the same tLme of his right to appeal the decision to C±ty <br />Council vrit~hin ten days of the decision.
