In determining the ac- <br />curacy of a meter, two per cent slow or fast shall be the maximum allowance <br />for over or under registration. (Ord. No. 1966-108, 12-27-66, ~ 1.) <br /> <br />Section 37A-26, Water for building purposes. <br /> <br /> Penmits for water for building purposes will be issued on application <br />and the paynent of a deposit of not less than fifteen dollars. This w~ter <br />small be supplied through a meter to be furnished by the department of public <br />utilities. The owner or contractor shall pay in accordance with bills sub- <br />mitred. ~nen the work is completed and water service for building purposes <br />shut off, and all payments have been made for water supptied~ the deposit <br />will be returned to the person who made it. <br /> <br /> However, if it is deamed advisable by the director of public utili- <br />ties, a blanket deposit of one hundred dollars for each twenty-five lots in <br />the section being developed Pay be made when a project of twenty-five or more <br />uoits is to be consvructed by the same o~mer.
